At Silencio, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and transparently. Whether you're preparing for your next festival, upgrading your workflow, or just looking to enjoy more peace and focus, we want your Silencio experience to be smooth from start to finish.
Order Processing
All orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email notification with your order details. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a second email with real-time tracking information.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping to most countries in Europe. As a growing brand, we’re actively working on expanding our shipping options to more regions — so if we’re not yet in your country, stay tuned or reach out to our team for updates.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary slightly based on your location or during peak periods (e.g. holidays, launches, etc.).
Shipping Costs
We believe in simple, transparent pricing:

For orders under €40, a small flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Tracking Your Package
Every order comes with a tracking number. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct link to follow your package in real-time.

Delays, Issues, or Missing Packages
We do our best to make sure your order arrives on time, but delays can occasionally happen due to courier disruptions or customs.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please contact us immediately at support@silencioearplugs.com with your order number. We'll investigate the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.
